So I did it, managed to smash my PB by over 2 minutes, but what makes this amazing is that this is done off road on a local trail that I like to do during the early morning.

So now my PB for 10k is 52mins 19 secs which is great, so just under 3 minute improvement on the same course/route that I run. No dog walkers either bliss!

Now do I go for more time off or just average it out….
