So with my form filling good and wanting to push myself to do something else I have entered in the local 10k race which takes place this Friday.

2 laps of the course where there is a long hill to do twice this should be interesting but luckliy its around half way round so time for recovery afterwards and least the legs will be be warm before hand.

Looking forward to this race as it should be a real test of what I can done, below is what the course map looks like, doesn’t really show you how it kicks up and down again.
