Taking it easy to work for the run commute today, not long now!
Starting to feel the training etc now and so just ran what I wanted to or what I could do with out pushing it too far and risking it.
Just the normal commute home via leg power
Feeling Ok on the short run this morning, taking it easy.
Really starting to get pains with these longer miles now, might of jumped the miles up too soon.
Had to cut short the distance I wanted to do and manage the pain to be able to get home without hurting to much.
Groin and knee are hurting and I am hoping that this is just a small niggle,
Run before work just to get some miles in.
